Easy Assur

Easy Assur is a digital insurance brokerage marketplace serving consumers in Cote d'Ivoire, including populations in remote rural areas not well served by incumbent insurers. The platform lets individuals subscribe to insurance policies and file claims online, aggregating offers from 15 partner insurers through a network of 243 intermediaries.

Product lines available through the platform span auto, home/housing, travel, and personal-accident insurance. Physical policy delivery and in-person assistance are handled through the nationwide network of La Poste de Cote d'Ivoire, the national postal service, extending the platform's reach beyond major cities. Easy Assur launched June 21, 2019 through a public-private partnership with La Poste and has been described in local press as the first digital insurance marketplace of its kind in the CIMA (Interafrican Conference of Insurance Markets) zone.

Easy Assur is a product of SIIN (Societe Ivoirienne d'Intelligence Numerique), an Ivorian digital-intelligence company founded in 2018. SIIN separately operates Cote d'Ivoire's national digital vehicle-insurance-attestation system under a 2021 agreement with ASACI, the Ivorian insurers' trade association, and became an Oracle PartnerNetwork member and authorized Oracle Cloud distributor in April 2024. As of the most recent research, the public Easy Assur website displays placeholder content pending a platform relaunch; the product and partnership details above are drawn from press coverage of the 2019 launch and SIIN's subsequent activity.
