Dayforward acquired Commercial Travelers Life Insurance Company (founded 1883) from National Guardian Life Insurance in January 2023, expanding its capacity to distribute products in 45 states. Total capital raised stands at USD 45M, including a USD 25M Series B led by AXA Venture Partners. Investors include Munich Re Ventures, Juxtapose, Hudson Structured Capital Management (HSCM Ventures), Tusk Ventures, Atlantic Vantage Point, and Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures.
