Overview
The Czech Insurtech Association (Ceska Insurtech Asociace) is a trade association that supports the development of the insurance technology sector in the Czech Republic. It serves insurtech startups, established insurance carriers, investors, and regulatory authorities, functioning as a central coordination body for the domestic insurtech ecosystem.
The association operates several structured programs including an Open Insurance initiative focused on data sharing between insurers, healthcare providers, and banks, and a Regulatory Sandbox that allows member companies to test new insurance products and processes under supervised regulatory conditions. Additional programs cover digital identity verification and employee ownership plan (ESOP) support for member organizations.
