Overview

Coretech Knowledge is a Taiwan-based software solutions provider offering biometric identity verification and remote insurance service platforms to carriers in the APAC market. Founded in 2000 from the Institute of Computer Science and Engineering at National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), the company operates from Hsinchu Science Park with a Financial AI Center in Taipei's Neihu Technology Park.

The company develops insurance-specific technology products: Rita, a remote insurance service platform enabling digital policy applications with biometric authentication and e-signature; and CTBioID, a multi-element biometric eKYC platform built in collaboration with NCTU's FINTECT Center. Coretech also offers ES-Studio, an enterprise AI and expert systems platform, and enterprise content management solutions based on OpenText Documentum. Coretech serves insurance carriers including Chinese Life Insurance, which uses the CTBioID biometric authentication platform.
