Colendi Sigorta is a digital-first insurance carrier operating as a subsidiary of Colendi, a Turkish fintech group. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, the company functions as an embedded insurance platform and carrier, offering personal insurance products across pet, travel health, device protection, and property lines to consumers through digital platform partnerships.

The company holds an insurance agency license under Turkey's Ministry of Treasury and Finance Insurance Directorate General and has completed agency agreements with the four largest insurers in Turkey: Turkiye Sigorta, Anadolu Sigorta, AXA Sigorta, and Ak Sigorta, as well as MetLife and Gulf Sigorta. Its technology stack centers on REST API integrations enabling digital platforms, retail companies, and fintech services to offer embedded insurance to their end users. In August 2025, the company launched COMPI, an AI-powered insurance technology platform for intermediaries, agencies, and brokers, featuring mobile applications, e-wallet integration, and CRM modules.

Colendi Sigorta raised a Series B round of USD 65 million in May 2024 led by Citi Ventures, with participation from Migros Ticaret AS, SPIL Ventures, Re-Pie Asset Management, Finberg, and Hedef Holding AS, achieving a reported post-money valuation of USD 700 million.
