Overview
ClauseMatch is a London-based regulatory compliance technology company providing SaaS solutions for policy management, regulatory change management, and document compliance. The platform helps financial institutions and insurers manage internal policies, map regulatory obligations, and maintain compliance documentation across their organizations.
In July 2023, ClauseMatch was acquired by Dublin-based Corlytics, a regulatory risk intelligence firm. ClauseMatch founder Evgeny Likhoded was appointed President of the combined Corlytics Group. The merger expanded the combined client base to 80+ organizations, including ING and Swiss Re, and 14 of the industry's top 50 banks.
The ClauseMatch platform leverages AI to automate the categorization and summarization of regulatory documents, identify similarities across datasets for mapping and gap analysis, and assist with the creation of new policy content. The solution targets compliance teams at carriers, banks, and other financial institutions navigating a complex and constantly evolving regulatory landscape.
