Bspoke Group

Bspoke Group is a UK-based group of specialist and niche Managing General Agents (MGAs) and Managing General Underwriters (MGUs), distributing through independent insurance brokers across the UK. The group operates multiple branded divisions, each focused on a distinct segment of the personal and commercial lines market, including property, commercial, leisure, high-net-worth, and fee protection.

The group's MGA divisions underwrite across a broad range of lines, backed by a panel of A-rated insurer capacity partners, including Accelerant Risk Exchange. In February 2026, Bspoke Underwriting secured GBP 50M in annual capacity through Accelerant. Bspoke Private Clients expanded its maximum line size to GBP 15M per single location in March 2026 via a five-year capacity deal.

In August 2025, Bspoke Group was acquired by NFP, an Aon company, while retaining its existing brand names and operational independence. Prior to the acquisition, the group received backing from Montague Risk Partners and Rcapital Partners. The group was named MGA of the Year at the 2025 National Insurance Awards. In March 2025, Bspoke acquired Arma Karma, a Colchester-based subscription insurtech platform covering mobile phones, jewellery, and headphones.
