Boardwalk Insurance is a commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage serving small and mid-sized businesses across Canada. Founded in March 2021 and based in Vaughan, Ontario, the firm operates as a division of Oracle RMS and holds a RIBO licence (3612) in Ontario, with authority to place business across Canada outside Quebec.

The brokerage works with a network of 30-plus carrier partners and fields a team of roughly a dozen licensed professionals. It covers a broad range of industries, including construction, technology, healthcare, professional services, real estate, manufacturing, retail, agribusiness, hospitality, and nonprofits, spanning commercial general lines, specialty and professional coverages, and private client and travel products.

Boardwalk built its own back-end brokerage platform, described as low-code/no-code with full API integration and predictive-modeling capability, intended to reduce manual data entry and speed up quoting, binding, and certificate issuance, including same-day certificates of insurance. The company reports CAD 1.9 billion-plus in insured assets, 500-plus enterprise clients, and a 97.1% client retention rate, and has received brokerage-industry recognition in Canada in 2023 and 2024.
