Atekka is a P&C commercial agricultural insurance MGA based in France, offering crop and farm insurance products to farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural supply chain actors. The company operates as a fully digital neo-insurance platform, managing the entire insurance cycle -- from quote generation and underwriting to claims declaration and indemnification -- without paper-based processes.
Atekka holds complete underwriting delegation across product design, pricing, distribution, premium collection, policy administration, and claims payment. The company distributes its products through a network of approximately 40 agricultural cooperatives and trading companies (collecteurs), reaching over 2,000 agricultural enterprises. Coverage spans more than 200 crop types and over 340,000 insured hectares as of 2025.
In May 2026, Atekka was acquired by Finaxy Group, a French multi-specialist insurance broker pursuing external growth in the agricultural sector. Prior to acquisition, Atekka raised EUR 4.9M in a 2022 Series A round, with investors including management, Agro Invest, and Bioline by InVivo.
