The company was developed by HAWK GROUP SA, a family office with a background in mass insurance distribution in Latin America. Aseguralo+ is built by Andromeda Latam, a software development firm. The company holds carrier relationships with SURA, Zurich, and Sancor Seguros, and became a founding member of the Argentine Insurtech Chamber in 2025.
