ASACI Technologies

ASACI Technologies is an Economic Interest Group (GIE) that serves as the technology and digital transformation arm of ASA-CI (Association des Sociétés d'Assurances de Côte d'Ivoire), the Association of Insurance Companies of Côte d'Ivoire. The organization develops and operates shared digital platforms for the Ivorian insurance market, serving insurance carriers, reinsurers, and affiliated public funds.

The organization manages several key digital programs, including eAtci -- the national digital automotive insurance certificate platform -- as well as data analytics (Datrics), health insurance connectivity (ASACI Santé Connect), and a law enforcement mobile verification tool (ASA Controller). The eAtci platform, launched January 1, 2023, made Côte d'Ivoire's automotive insurance certificates fully digital, resulting in a reported 60% increase in genuine attestations and a measurable reduction in fraud. ASACI Technologies achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification in 2024.

The organization operates on behalf of 42 member companies, including 22 non-life insurers, 11 life insurers, 7 reinsurers, the National Social Security Fund (CNPS), and the Automobile Guarantee Fund (FGA). Led by Executive Director Dominique ANGOA, ASACI Technologies is positioned as the centralized digitalization body for the West African insurance sector, with regional reach through affiliations with CIMA (Conférence Interafricaine des Marchés d'Assurance).
