Licensed by the Philippine Insurance Commission (License No. 1757875-6080679-400013) since July 2019, the company operates under the consumer brand JuanLife, selling policies to Filipinos who have limited access to traditional insurance channels.

JuanLife issues policies around the clock through its own e-commerce style websites, juanlife.com.ph and shop.juanlife.com.ph, and pairs that digital storefront with a network of community-based sales partners called the "JuanLife Kakampi" (Filipino for ally or partner), who help customers buy policies and file claims in person. The flagship product is a personal accident policy priced from roughly PHP 300, available to ages 7 to 65, with per-policy coverage up to PHP 150,000 and a combined annual cap of PHP 1,000,000 across stacked policies. JuanLife also distributes Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) motor insurance and a comprehensive auto product.

Marketing has included a celebrity endorsement campaign with Philippine actress Dimples Romana and a CSR promotion offering free personal accident coverage to frontline workers.
