Overview

123 Seguros (operating globally as 123Seguro) is a digital insurance brokerage and marketplace serving individual consumers and embedded B2B2C partners across Latin America. Founded in Argentina in 2010, the company expanded into Brazil through the 2021 acquisition of Seguro Com Voce, establishing Sao Paulo as its primary operational hub. The platform enables comparison, purchase, and policy management for auto, property, life, health, and ancillary insurance across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile.

The brokerage operates a two-pillar distribution model: a direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital platform for online policy comparison and purchase, and an API-based embedded insurance channel that connects insurance products to e-commerce, fintech, and lifestyle partners. Active embedded partners include Shopee, RecargaPay, and Meu Pet Club. The company maintains relationships with 15 or more insurance carriers -- including Porto Seguro, Azul, Allianz, HDI, Suhai, and Ituran -- and works with more than 40 health plan operators including Amil, Bradesco, and SulAmerica.

In October 2024, 123Seguro announced a strategic distribution partnership with Prudential Financial covering accident, health, life, and ancillary products in Brazil and Mexico, with plans to expand to additional Latin American markets. The Brazilian operations have undergone a partial rebrand: the 123seguros.com.br domain redirects to renovaseguros.com.br, reflecting regional consolidation. The 123Seguro brand continues operating across the broader LATAM footprint.
