## Overview

WE4Broker is a cloud-based insurance broker management platform developed by NEIDO (JTECH SRL), a Genova-based software house serving European insurance brokers across standard, transportation, and maritime lines. The platform provides centralized tools for policy administration, client management, claims processing, and document handling -- all delivered through a web application requiring no local installation.

The platform is organized into specialized modules covering different business lines and brokerage functions. OCR-enabled document scanning supports digitization of brokerage paperwork, and compliance with the SSF (Share Standard Format) data interchange protocol ensures interoperability with other systems used by Italian insurance brokers. Multi-level access controls and centralized backup support security and operational continuity for brokerage teams.

NEIDO has over 20 years of software development experience and has been a member of SHARE (the Association of Software Houses serving the Italian insurance sector) since 2018. WE4Broker has received co-financing through the PR FESR Liguria 2021-2027 regional development program in support of digitalization in Liguria.
