## Overview

VSure (VSure Tech Sdn Bhd) is Malaysia's first on-demand lifestyle digital insurer, offering flexible, pay-per-use insurance protection through a fully digital platform. Founded in 2017 by nine individuals from banking, finance, insurance, and technology backgrounds, VSure launched commercially in June 2019 as Southeast Asia's first on-demand digital mobile insurance service. VSure's core proposition is simplicity and flexibility: customers can activate or deactivate coverage by the hour, day, or duration directly through the app, making insurance accessible to Malaysia's M40 and B40 income segments and the significant uninsured population. In December 2025, VSure expanded into digital health with the launch of the CareConnect Suite in partnership with HEYDOC Health, bundling personal accident insurance with telehealth and pharmacy services for SMEs.
