## Overview

Tensorflight was a property intelligence solutions provider for P&C carriers, commercial brokers, and MGAs. The company built an AI-driven platform that automated property inspection by analyzing aerial, satellite, and street-level imagery to extract structured risk attributes -- eliminating the need for physical site visits in underwriting and loss control workflows.

The platform was based on convolutional neural networks developed by co-founders Zbigniew Wojna, PhD and Robert Kozikowski, both formerly of Google. Tensorflight delivered property data via REST API, integrating with policy administration systems including Duck Creek and catastrophe modeling platforms such as EigenRisk. Coverage spanned commercial and residential properties across North America and Europe.

In October 2024, Tensorflight was acquired by Nearmap Australia, a geospatial intelligence company. Its technology was integrated into Nearmap's existing insurance platforms, Betterview and ImpactResponse. At the time of acquisition, Tensorflight's customer base included global carriers such as Zurich Insurance Group, QBE, and Munich RE.
