## Overview

Snoopr is an insurance search and research platform for brokers, consumers, and insurance carriers in the German specialty insurance market. The platform covers more than 100 private and commercial insurance lines, enabling users to research, compare, and request quotes for specialty coverage across the German market.

The platform is built around two components: a search engine for insurance product discovery and AVA, an autonomous AI assistant that researches insurance options, organizes offers, and communicates with carrier systems on behalf of users. Both are delivered as a cloud-based SaaS solution with GDPR compliance and EU AI Act certification. Initial access requires no registration.

Launched at the DKM insurance industry conference in 2018, Snoopr is operated by A-va GmbH -- a spinoff of b-tix GmbH within the X-PLOR group. Over 1,800 professionals use the platform. Insurance partners include AXA, Baloise, Barmenia, Continentale, Helvetia, and Verti.
