## Overview

Sias System is an agency management platform for independent insurance producers and agencies in Puerto Rico, covering property, health, and condominium-association lines. The web-based, cloud-hosted system centralizes policy portfolio administration, client communications, and commission reconciliation for agents who previously tracked this work manually or across disconnected tools.

The platform runs on Google Cloud infrastructure and is delivered as a subscription SaaS product across separate modules for property/contingency lines, health and life lines, and condominium-association billing, plus a combined bundle. Shared capabilities across modules include digital document storage, automated client communications sent via WhatsApp (renewal reminders, birthday greetings, vehicle-registration expiration notices), a customizable reporting center, commission reconciliation by insurer or agency, and daily encrypted backups to mirrored servers, with access from iOS, Android, tablet, and desktop browsers.

The company was founded by Gonzalo Aranibar and has operated for more than a decade, according to a November 2025 profile in Revista Seguros Puerto Rico. Sias System reports more than 200 insurance producer and agency office customers in Puerto Rico. Its platform underwent a security audit commissioned by Triple-S, a major Puerto Rico carrier, prior to Hurricane Maria in 2017. The company is bootstrapped and states it is developing AI features for the product.
