## Overview

Resilico is a flood resilience technology platform for home insurers and homeowners in the UK, developed through a collaboration between Resilient Planit Ltd and design agency Big Motive. The platform provides tools to help individuals and communities prepare for, respond to, and recover from flooding -- a risk that affects 1 in 6 UK properties, according to the company. Resilico integrates with insurer customer programs and connects Property Flood Resilience (PFR) professionals with policyholders and government agencies.

The platform is delivered as a web-based tool and mobile app (iOS and Android), providing personalized flood alerts, home resilience assessments, emergency planning guidance, and maintenance task tracking. The system adheres to the CIRIA code of practice for PFR and works with public-sector and industry bodies including Flood Re, CIWEM, and the DEFRA PFR Roundtable.

Resilico entered a partnership with Aviva in April 2026, in which Aviva began distributing the Resilico Connect app to home insurance customers identified as being at high risk for flooding. The partnership targets 50,000+ homeowners in high-flood-risk areas as part of Avivas broader climate preparedness initiative.
