## Overview

Quility is a life insurance distribution technology platform and holding company serving independent insurance agents and agencies across the United States. The company builds proprietary SaaS tools that automate the insurance sales lifecycle -- from lead management and quoting through digital application and policy placement -- and partners with over 80 carriers to offer life insurance products through its agent network.

The platform centers on two main products: Switchboard, a task management and client engagement system for agent workflow automation, and Navigator, a digital life insurance fulfillment marketplace that supports instant-issue applications with real-time underwriting for term, whole life, and IUL products. Quility has co-developed exclusive digital insurance products with carrier partners including Banner Life, SBLI, Foresters Financial, American Amicable, and United Home Life, accessible only through the Navigator platform. In August 2024 the company acquired Ninja Technologies LLC, whose marketing and communication automations were integrated into the Switchboard Funnel platform.

Quility operates two distribution channels: Symmetry Financial Group (SFG), an independent marketing organization with 6,000+ licensed agents across all 50 states, and Quility B2B, a wholesale and affinity distribution arm. The company reported protecting more than one million families as of February 2025. F&G Annuities & Life made a significant minority investment in August 2023. Quility was named InsurTech Company of the Year in both the 2024 US FinTech Awards and the 2026 FinTech Breakthrough Awards.
