## Overview

Plurima is a distribution and quote-to-bind platform for insurance agents and brokers in Italy, giving intermediaries a single interface to obtain quotes, issue policies, and manage client books across dozens of carriers instead of using each carrier's own separate system.

The platform is delivered as a cloud-based dashboard accessible on desktop, mobile, and tablet, and supports quote comparison and policy issuance either self-service or with staff assistance for products outside the standard catalog. Alongside the core quoting and issuing workflow, it bundles portfolio and client-management tools and ancillary services including a free virtual IBAN for premium collection, advanced electronic signature, an expedited issuance workflow, and a claims management module.

The company launched as Plurima Servizi Assicurativi in Palermo in 2017, growing to hundreds of intermediary collaboration agreements. In June 2023, Italiana Assicurazioni (part of Reale Group) acquired a 78% majority stake and combined the platform with its own insurtech subsidiary, Italnext, to form the unified "Plurima by Italnext" offering. Prior venture investors Digital Magics and CDP Venture Capital sgr exited as part of the transaction.
