In October 2024, Ghana's National Insurance Commission admitted Moovon Insure to the inaugural cohort of its insurance regulatory sandbox, alongside four other insurtechs, with support from FSD Africa's Bimalab programme, allowing a one-year supervised pilot of its premium-financing product ahead of a full licensing decision.
