Founded and launched in June 2026, the company is backed by Warburg Pincus as lead investor, alongside advisor Torsten Oletzky (former insurance industry executive) and investor Christian Lindner (former German Federal Finance Minister). MoIn completed its first two broker acquisitions -- Compari in Mellrichstadt and Sundelwald Group in Chemnitz -- in its opening month.
