Products are distributed through partnerships with carriers including Vittoria, Tokio Marine, and AmTrust, with Hiscox serving as both a former carrier partner and the acquiring parent company as of June 2025.

In June 2025, Hiscox acquired Lokky to strengthen its presence in Italy's micro-enterprise insurance segment. Prior to the acquisition, Lokky had raised approximately USD 6.13M across equity crowdfunding and early-stage rounds.
