Kelcare is a claims management SaaS platform for P&C carriers, brokers, and claims assistants operating in the French market. Founded in 2024 by Gregory Valency, an experienced craftsman-turned-entrepreneur, Kelcare emerged as a claims-focused extension of Kelkun, an artisan network platform. The company was accepted into the 8th cohort of the French Assurtech accelerator in July 2025, backed by eight major French insurers and mutual groups. Active deployments are underway with AXA Montpellier and Abeille Assurances, with Covea and Mutuelle du Poitou in co-construction.
