## Overview

Keasy is a broker management platform (Maklerverwaltungsprogramm) developed by vfm Konzept GmbH, a subsidiary of vfm-Gruppe, serving independent insurance brokers in Germany. The platform centralizes the full administrative workload of a brokerage: customer records, contract management, commission tracking, and insurer document exchange.

The platform connects to the BiPRO insurance industry standard for automated document retrieval from insurers, routing incoming documents to the correct customer records and contracts without manual processing. Built-in integration with comparison tools from Franke & Bornberg and NAFI enables tariff calculation within the same environment. AI-assisted document scanning, digital signatures, and a customer-facing mobile application are included in the platform.

vfm-Gruppe has provided broker IT support services in Germany for over 20 years. Keasy is distributed through two channels: directly to vfm-Gruppe member brokers, and externally through Soft-Trade GmbH, an insurance software distributor. The platform received the Platinum award at MaklerChampion 2026 in the broker management software category and has ranked in the top tier of that survey since 2022.
