## Overview

K-BIT is an agency management platform provider for insurance agencies and multi-agency broker networks in Poland. Its flagship product, iAgent24, is a cloud-based CRM and back-office system that handles client and policy records, commission settlement, and cash-collection reconciliation for P&C and life insurance intermediaries.

iAgent24 runs on Oracle Cloud (Oracle Autonomous AI Database) hosted within the EU and imports policy and cash-collection data from more than a dozen Polish insurance carriers. The platform includes GDPR-compliant document archiving, more than 20 pre-built production and commission reports, calendar and renewal-reminder tools with SMS/email delivery, and Polish KSeF e-invoicing integration for commission settlement. K-BIT also develops and maintains bespoke insurance-enterprise applications, a line of business that predates iAgent24 and continues alongside it.

K-BIT reports iAgent24 usage of more than 2,500 active users in Poland, processing over 1 million commission records and 1,000-plus policies per day. The company has operated as a self-funded partnership for more than two decades, including a 20-plus-year systems development and maintenance relationship with Allianz Polska covering group life and damage insurance.
