## Overview

iptiQ is a digital B2B2C insurance company created by Swiss Re in 2014 to embed life, health, and non-life insurance into the value chains of strategic partners across Europe, the US, and Australia. Rather than selling directly to consumers, iptiQ provides technology, underwriting, and regulatory infrastructure that enables non-insurance brands to offer insurance products under their own labels. Following a 2024 strategic review, Swiss Re sold iptiQ's European P&C business to Allianz Direct, with the life and Americas operations continuing separately.
