The association runs four operational squads -- Nacional, Internacional, Tecnico-Regulatorio, and Posicionamiento -- each focused on distinct areas: domestic ecosystem development, international expansion, regulatory engagement, and market research. Notable outputs include the Risk Management Index (launched 2023, updated annually) and the Insurance Industry Digitalization Study, as well as the annual Evolucion Insurtech Latam (EILA) conference, which drew over 1,200 attendees from 14 countries at its 2025 edition. InsurteChile began with 30 member organizations in late 2021 and grew to 65 by 2023. In April 2023 it co-founded the Alianza Insurtech del Pacifico with counterpart associations in Mexico and Colombia.
