## Overview

Insureka is a digital car-insurance brokerage serving private vehicle owners and small fleets in Indonesia. Customers get a quote, buy a policy, and manage claims entirely online, without visiting a branch or agent in person.

The brokerage distributes a single underwriting partner's motor products rather than comparing multiple carriers: all policies sold through the platform are underwritten by PT Asuransi Rama Satria Wibawa, a licensed Indonesian general insurer operating since 1978 and regulated by OJK, Indonesia's financial services authority. Insureka itself carries no underwriting risk. Its product range covers standard comprehensive car insurance, Total Loss Only (TLO) coverage, a hybrid TLO-plus-comprehensive option, a flood-specific policy for flood-prone regions, fleet coverage, and electric-vehicle insurance.

Claims and underwriting rely on video-based vehicle condition surveys in place of in-person inspection, backed by a network of more than 490 authorized repair garages and a replacement-vehicle service during repairs. Insureka is operated by PT Motion Tech Indonesia, a fintech subsidiary of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (MNC Group), and launched in November 2021 as part of the group's "Motion" digital-finance ecosystem. The company reports more than 2.8 million users and 100,000+ app downloads.
