## Overview

Hive Health is a tech-enabled health maintenance organization (HMO) serving small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Philippines. The company offers group health insurance plans that combine digital self-service tools with a wide provider network, targeting employers with as few as 10 employees.

The platform delivers an all-in-one solution for employers and their staff: an HR dashboard for managing enrollment and offboarding, a member portal for LOA requests and claims filing, and integrated teleconsultation services. In 2023, Hive Health acquired Health Plans Philippines, Inc. Founded in 2021 by Camille Ang and Jiawen Tang, the company participated in Y Combinator (S21) and raised USD 6.5M in a Pre-Series A round in July 2024 led by Gentree Fund and BEENEXT. Customers include PDAX, InvestEd, and Villgro Philippines, with a reported member rating of 4.9 out of 5.
