## Overview

GClaims (General Claims) is a claims management software provider for insurance carriers in Brazil. The platform covers the full claims lifecycle from initial notification through final report generation, enabling insurers to automate workflows and conduct both in-person and remote inspections through a single digital system.

The platform is delivered as SaaS and includes three specialized modules: an operations manager for digital workflow orchestration, a remote inspection application accessible via web browser, and an in-person inspection tool for field adjusters. Originally incubated through Wiz Labs corporate venture program in 2019, GClaims was acquired by Wiz Solucoes e Corretagem de Seguros in 2022. The company processed over 310,000 regulated claims in 2023, averaging approximately 26,000 claims per month, and serves insurers across small, medium, and large market segments in Brazil.
