eSimba is a broker management platform serving Romanian insurance intermediaries, built and maintained by Softelio S.R.L. since 2003. The platform handles the full operational cycle for insurance brokers -- policy issuance, client management, commission reconciliation, billing, and statutory reporting to the ASF (Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority).

The system is delivered in both desktop and web-based configurations, with cloud-based access through a dedicated login portal. A companion module, eRCA, allows brokers to offer online sales of RCA (auto third-party liability) policies directly through their own websites, with a simplified three-step flow for end customers purchasing 24/7.

With more than 100 active broker clients across 16 Romanian counties, eSimba operates as a self-funded, privately owned business. The company holds ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 9001 (quality management) certifications.
