## Overview

Founded in 2011 by Neeraj Aggarwala, Divyanshu Tripathi, and Alok Bhatnagar, EasyPolicy has raised approximately USD 12.88M-13.1M across multiple rounds, with Unilazer Ventures (backed by Ronnie Screwvala) as the majority investor holding around a 70% stake. In February 2020, EasyPolicy merged with competitor Quickbima, incorporating Quickbima's technology capabilities and expanding its leadership team.
