Decision Research Corporation (DRC) is a veteran provider of policy administration and enterprise rating software for the property and casualty insurance industry. Founded in 1971 in Honolulu, Hawaii by Walter Simmons, DRC has spent more than five decades delivering configurable P&C systems to insurers, MGAs, and brokers of all sizes -- managing total written premium in excess of USD 10 billion across its customer base, with individual clients ranging from small startup carriers to organizations writing more than USD 5 billion in annual premium.
