## Overview

Cekpremi is an online insurance comparison and brokerage platform serving
individual consumers and small businesses in Indonesia. Founded in 2014 by
Ivan Hartoyo Sunandar, the platform lets users search, compare, and buy
insurance policies from more than 30 Indonesian insurers in a single online
session.

The platform covers personal lines such as auto, motorcycle, travel,
property, health, and life insurance, alongside commercial and specialty
lines including marine cargo and hull, heavy equipment and construction
machinery, and gadget insurance. Distribution is entirely online, executed
through the company's licensed insurance brokerage entity, PT Pialang
Asuransi Indotekno, which operates under approval from Indonesia's
Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Cekpremi merged with Fuse Group in January 2018, with Andy Yeung taking on
the CEO role while founder Ivan Hartoyo Sunandar remained involved in
leadership. The company reports serving more than 100,000 customers and
offers a 200% price-difference guarantee on quotes. It has not raised
external venture funding, growing instead through its Fuse Group merger
and direct online distribution. Cekpremi is listed in The Digital Insurer's
InsurTech Directory under Comparison sites and is tracked by local industry
observers as one of the early entrants in Indonesia's insurtech sector.
