## Overview

Accuserve operates as a full-service managed repair and home services platform for the residential property and casualty insurance market. The company connects insurance carriers, homeowners, and contractors through a unified platform that simplifies property restoration and claims processing from first notice of loss through final repair.

Accuserve was formed by unifying three specialized managed repair companies -- AccuWin (water mitigation and interior restoration), CodeBlue (roofing and exterior work), and MADSKY (window claims and installation) -- under a single brand in January 2023. CEO Hunter Powell, who took the helm of all three companies in 2020, led the consolidation to deliver a seamless, concierge-style experience across the full range of property restoration needs.

In March 2024, Flexpoint Ford, a Chicago-based private equity firm specializing in financial services and healthcare investments, acquired a majority stake in Accuserve. Aquiline Capital Partners, which had backed the company through its growth and consolidation phase, retained a significant minority position. The investment is intended to accelerate expansion of the contractor network, technology capabilities, and strategic acquisitions.
